Simple do you have any unwanted apps with ads, and did you click on them?
Use LTE Cleaner, or CCleaner to clean out the gunk out first.

It's a spam message and you should ignore and delete it. Do not respond in any way, even to tell them to you're not interested or even to just f*** off.
Once you reply in any way, those morons will see that as a sign you're a viable target for more. Odds are they're just randomly fishing for victims so if they don't get any reactive signs hopefully they will just move on.
