how can I unsync my photos from my phone to my google account? I only want my photos on my phone, not on my computer.

Is this through Picasa or Google+?
In either case, under Settings - Sync - Google. Uncheck the Google+ and Picasa sync options. You will also have to go into both apps and uncheck Sync photos as well as delete them.
