Root ms323 internet is not working

Hello i am a newbie...i have download this rom and i can not get the internet work on any rom please help me .. i check the apn..all is correct . Calls and texting work but no mms or internet. I have metropcs and ms-323. I have even tried to install a new aboot. And still no internet . The signal bar has an exclamation point in it

Second of all, I just removed 2 other duplicate posts in 2 different forums for another device only to find this thread in the Nexus 6p forum.
You have the LG Optimus L70 correct?

What rom are you having issues with.
Help us help you by not flood posting, cool?

He has the issue with multiple roms, hence his own thread.

@willhug216, PLEASE STOP POSTING THE SAME ISSUE IN EVERY OTHER ROM THREAD!!
Seriously, if you flood post every rom thread here with your issue everyone is going to get lost, not to mention yourself getting confused/conflicting answers.

Hey my Buddy's phone has this same issue if anyone would like to help I'll be way more complient then that will hug guy, but anyways he has tried all ROMs all about files and all Recovery's they all come up the same everything works but data but his some times shows the 4g 3g thing but I had it show data using it trys receiving a signal with little data going out my guess pinging data but nothing comes back text and calls work and this is on all ROMs I've been looking for a answer for months please someone help me out my buddy is missing his data oh and it works on a stock ROM just any custom it won't work if anyone has a flashable zip of stock ms323 that would be vary apreated to because we also lost our stock back ups
