MS631 Unlock?

It's been over 3 months and I think I am now able to unlock this device, via the Metro Unlock app. I'm simply curious because I'm about to return to stock today (hopefully). If I were to unlock this device, would it work with Consumer Cellular sim? Don't they utilize ATT towers?

Consumer Cellular uses AT&T and T-Mobile's towers. Read it from Wikipedia. Should work on cc if your phone is fully unlocked.
