Root Mtp option does not pop up in my nexus 7 when i connect to a computer

Okay so when I connect to my computer my Nexus 7 charges can connect on USB debugging but the mtp option does not show up on my tablet so I tried turning usb debugging off but nothing happens can somebody please help me, I'm running android 4.3 and rooted

Since you have neglected to tells others what you did to fix your problem, and have not responded, I can guess two things are true:
1) YOU DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS THREAD, and
2) YOUR TOO NEW TO FORUMS TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD HELP OTHERS WITH MORE EXPERIENCE.

For instance I'm trying to figure out why my Tablet will no longer connect to WinXP service pack 3, (with Net Framework installed), or the drivers correctly installed to allow the tablet to become a drive letter, accessible by any method.

It was a working seamless USB connectable device, than computer hard-drive failure necessitated new drive, new OS install, all on the Windows side. Nothing in the tablet changed.

My phone is correctly found and remains connectable.

Nexus7 ROOTED, not MTP cabable, can connect if I change to CAMERA, but that's useless.

Anyway, just adding to the thread at this point.
