Sounds like all new phones except in North America... but what is really intriguing is why none of us know why. There has been rumors that it's Apple's doing, but no solid evidence?

Well patents have been leaked before and all has been fine. Also many companies reveal the dirty dealings of other companies (like all the antivirus software companies revealing Microsoft's tactic to release Window Vista's code late to them so it could launch Live OneCare)

I think it's some companies are afraid of the potential repercussions of leaking such information... but what could those repercussions be? I'd like to know... someone hurry up and spill the beans.
