Root multi touch?

i saw on the ideos forums that multituoch iz possible on the ideos and so im curious if that function can be tied into a rom somehow.
apparently my hardware can possibly support it as i have a synaptics touchscreen and i can oc to at LEAST 710mhz with no problem.
the one i bricked had the melfas touchscreen n topped out@ a measly 652.
anyway, any devs wana c if the multitouch patch on those dronix roms mite work on the m835?
im tellin ya, my replacement m835 is pretty badass for a lil shit fon. u can c on antutu if u flashed the cm7 elsewhere on here(not PG's) - even if it says ascend, u c dat my m835 topping true ascends as i have the current meaningless top spot on there...
 
ok, i can confirm that multitouch DOES works on this lil guy, but i had flashed dronix 5.0 for it to do so- pretty cool playing glo hockey with 2players n pinch zooming on da homescreen , browser n pics :)
i think i saw the source (patch?code?) thingy somewhere n so ima see if i can find it again n post it- my little fake evo ended up pretty bas-ass, but stability issues using dronix forced me to go back to mate35...
wouldnt cm7 just kick ass with this, tho?(cuz dronix 5.0 is only2.2.2)
 
Nice find.
But if the mate is as much like the ascend as I've come to notice then not every mate would support it and there would be a flood of "multitouch not working " threads.

Maybe it can be made a flashable zip for people to try

reflashed mate35 without wiping n it fixed it. downloaded on wifi, sorry. BUT multitouch did work on it, tho. well, sorta pretty laggy
found a fastboot flashable boot. img but im guessing that it'll b sams thing
 
could you let me know when you find a reliable/fast multitouch... thing(I can't seem to think of the right word atm...), when you find one? I get pissed when playing a game and I see "Pinch to zoom" and all I can think is, "I DON'T HAVE MULTITOUCH, DAMMIT!!!"

wifi, gps data work
no rotation or soft key lights, though

enabling airplain mode kills data,

MAKE A NANDROID off pg's mate 35,
cuz if u f-u-k up, its a llittle bit of a chore to get it back

to revert back to normal, flash your nandroid, boot up go into recovery again then reflash m835.
it'll get the splash screen back to metro's stock.

recommend dachu flash this while on ultrajack recovery b4 reflashing mate35
