I'm not sure if it can be used in the same way for other apps haven't tried but its primarily for kik
This can be done already though Titanium backup.
/end kik process /clear memory/active second android profile/ run kik
but unless you follow all these steps kik will force you to relogin resulting in a deletion of all your conversations
How about an kik app manger that does this process for you? Depending on which kik user in the app you click on. When you exit it reverts you back to your main android profile.
Because these profiles are whole complete android profiles which contain the second kik user as the kik data.
