Multiplayer trumps like card game

I all, I was planning to develop a multiplayer game with the same model of the popular trumps card game and I was interested in hearing your thoughts.

What I had in mind was a game that could be played against the phone (like many trumps implementations in the market) but also against friends.

Would you be interested in playing a game like that? Another thing I could add is to let the user build their own decks and use them to play with friends (think about a deck of your teammates or stuff like that).

If you have some opinions about that or you just want to try a beta version please reply, I am quite interested.

Not sure exactly what trumps is, but I'd love a Hearts game that I could play with friends.
