Multiple choices for syncing with iTunes

I've been using Double Twist, Jam11 to stream my itunes music and doggcatcher for podcast. I'm happy with doggcatcher but was expensive for an app. I'm wondering the same thing as you, I'd like to know if there is a better option than double twist... I was unaware you can use winamp to syc to itunes.
