Help Multiple Google play developer account termination.

Hi, my Google developer account now terminated 5th time...... even I have followed all it's rules.....
Reason of termination is due to multiple policy violations by associated Google Play Developer account...... with any warning.......
I have used new internet connection with new IP, new PC for developer account, new gmail account with new name, date of birth and mobile number.
new signing certificate, games with new package names, new games icons, screenshots
but developers PCs are same and it's does not matter.... what you say? Only signing certificate should be different .....
Did not used any reference to previous terminated account....... I have done all changes what I searched for new secure google play developer account..... But again terminated by Google..... then I appealed because I am surely confirmed that I did not do any violation but they replied that we have confirmed our initial decision.......
too many people all over world are also facing this kind of problem and they are not happy from Google
So what I did wrong????? Please tell me the exact solution of creating secure Google account????

Whilst I am aware Google isn't exactly forthcoming with their reasons for removing apps or very interested in appeals etc, if your account has been suspended 5 times, you're obviously doing something wrong.

Why was your account suspended initially?

What sort of apps/games were you publishing?

Our initial account was suspended due to multiple violation. Main violation was cricket app in which we used ICC in app and that was violation, it banned. Then we uploaded this app with removed these things but with some live streaming channels that were free but again banned and they suspended our account. Other accounts suspended by associated accounts even we used new ip, new PC etc.

So how we can create a secure google developer account?

We won't help you try and deceive Google.

Your best bet is to try and contact someone to ascertain exactly why your accounts were banned and let them know that you've no intention of breaching their developer ToS again.

Even though the channels were free, you might still have needed a license to view/broadcast them.

I had several niche news apps get suspended at once. None were focusing on the coronavirus. But since they pulled feeds, I had virus stories. A few days later they terminated me for life. I know you think there is more to this. But every one of my suspension letters pointed at the current pandemic as the reason. I also put up a patriotic t-shirt store a day before. GOOGLE please fix this [personal email removed]

I don't think that posting a plea here for Google to fix this will help at all: we aren't Google, we're just other Android users.

I obviously know nothing about this apart from the few words you have posted. But my first thought is what stories were they pulling from what feeds? If they were pulling from feeds that are spreading disinformation it may be that Google don't accept the argument "the content is nothing to do with me", even if the irony that this is the first excuse of all of the big tech companies, and one Google themselves have used many times, is extremely heavy (hypocrisy in a tech company would be nothing new).
