Help Multiple Problems with my Motorola Moto G 4G LTE

This all started when my phone's internal storage was getting to the point of being full around 2-3 days ago.
Today, when my phone starts up the lock screen is not showing up whenever I turn off my phone (I have my phone set to lock on the power button) and also when I try to open the menu from the home screen it works the first time but when I try to do it again to open it further it doesn't seem to work.

Did you Wipe Cache Partition deleting all temporary files and not touching anything else?

Exactly what phone are you suing?

Moto G - 2013
Moto G -2014
Moto G 4G - 2014
Moto G - 2015

I do not have any of these. A search of Moto G 4G LTE Wipe Cache provides ...

I have now wiped the cache. The problems still remain. My phone is a second generation Moto G I'm not sure what year it is exactly.
