Hi,

I developed this application MultiTask Manager with this features:

***Possibility to change the background
***Possibility to exclude other application
***Possibility to kill application

It is an app to switcher/manager the application running and recently look & feel like iphone 4.0...
Long press on find button to activated

Love this app, making switching between apps very quick and smooth, better than the default Android switcher as that only displays the last six and I'm sure it'll be Better than the iPhone version as its more customized. Also the developer is very quick to reply to comments and update.
