multitouch games on android

i just tried out toonwarz and it has multitouch and so does exzeus (which is my favorite game on android) i was just wondering why other devs haven't implemented this in the games for android. The avatar game seemed broken without multitouch and i have to keep wondering why alot of devs just dont make the games multitouch.

For starters I wish all android phones would have multitouch already -.- Perhaps by then it would be more important to add it.
