Help music disappeared from app

hello i am using the samsung standaart music app and i was downloading some music from torrent
then i oppened my music player and all my old music was gone there are some new songs in it and weird deleted files and whatsapp audio,

my music is still on the device and i can play it but not from the music player
its not on the sim card btw

i tried:
cleaning cache
reboot
remove battery
use a media scan app
let google play re sync

wont work please help me

Do you know what format the music is in? Because it sounds like it could be WMA, Windows Media, given that the Android media scanner and music player is not finding them, but you can apparently play them manually. Basically Android and WMA are not exactly the best of friends, otherwise device makers would have to pay lots of $$$ to Microsoft for Windows Media licensing. Music in MP3, Ogg Vorbis and M4A, no problems.

That's all I'm going to say, because forum rules and DMCA preclude discussing media piracy via bittorrent, etc. AF is a US site.

Piracy isn't cool, you'll need to look elsewhere if you're having issues with pirated material.
