Help music disappearso randomly

I have a Galaxy S6 with Verizon for around a month. But recently 1 week ago all my downloaded music got deleted. But when I went to my files everything was there just not on the music app. I went to Verizon to ask why it was happening and they gave me the crap everyone hears. So I contact tech support and they even were on my device looking for my music and they couldn't find it. I already resetted the phone twice and is there something wrong with the phone or do you guys recommend a certain site to download music? Plus this isn't illegal, everyone does it. I'm not paying a lot of month for my phone bill and plus play for music. Thanks in advance

As I stated in the last thread you started, we cannot assist with illegally downloaded music.
You stated how and where you got your music from, and because, "everyone does it", doesn't make it legal.
