Help music from windows media player to X10i

Hi to all. Having trouble loading music from windows to phone. When I connect phone to computer it says music is on SD card, however when I go music on phone I can only see 1 track. How do you open the sd card to see what is on it, and I have to change some settings to get the music to play that is on the sd card. Thanks from Bob.

if the music is in wma format this could very well be the cause fo the problem. You may want to look at using MediaGo to transfer the music to the handset ot ensure it comes across in a compatible format:

As a side note, to browse all files on the SD card you would need a file manager such as Astro from the Market.
