I've had every Galaxy produced and never had a problem with streaming music. Every since I purchased the Galaxy S6 (Sprint) when I stream music via Bluetooth in my 2010 Infiniti the music constantly skips!! I can connect the phone to my 2015 BMW and it works just fine, I've also connected to rental cars with no problems and to my Bluetooth speaker in my home, again zero problems. Other devices work fine in the Infiniti i.e. Galaxy Tablet. I'm at a complete lost... This is so annoying!

It is a long shot, and really shouldn't be a problem, but have you got your wifi on the s6 switched on? I had a similar problem with an s3 years ago. It sounded like the music was from a dirty CD, turning off the wifi on my S3 cured it. Don't ask me how or why, it just did.
