Music player for car.

I am looking for a music play for when I am in the car. I have my X plugged into my aux input and would like a player that will leave the screen on so I can see the song playing and have access to the pause, back, and forward buttons without having to unlock the screen everytime. I know the car dock can do this, buy I can't use playlists with it.

It will be plugged into the charger so I'm not worried about running the battery dead. I can do this with Pandora and want some thing like it so I can play the music on my SD card.

You can use Tasker to create a profile that will keep the screen on when the music player is open.

Or you could turn the screen time out option off before you start driving

I'll have to take a look at tasker. I don't want to set the screen to stay on every time I get in the car. That would be a major pain in the you know what....

I'm pretty sure he doesn't want another device to play his music, that's why he has an android phone. He just wanted a way to keep the screen on, and your post has nothing to do with that.

Yeah, I have my phone connected to my stereo with a cable running into a Aux input. I just want a player that will keep the screen on while playing and handle playlists.
