Music Player Langue problem

Well I realize that if i transfer Chinese or Japanese songs into my phone it don't seems to display the name of the song I will see strange letters but not the name of the song. Anyone facing such problem? If i'm not wrong android phone or iphone also face such problem.
 
Transfer one of the songs to a PC and look at it and see if the name is written in Chinese or Japanese. If it is that's the problem.
