Music player recommendation

Was using player pro for a while and liked it enough to get paid version after a couple updates started to dislike app. Switched to power amp same senerio...


What do you use and why??

I was looking for a player that would continue a song where it left off when I turned off my car. The default Samsung music player would play the song from the start again whenever I start my car. I didn't really look at any other players. I tried this one first and decided I liked it.

I have PowerAmp and Neutron. Both sound better than apps that rely on the stock codec.

I believe i figured it out... Getting double lock screen and would lock when it wasn't supposed too... I disabled poweramp lock screen seems to fix issue

I use VLC for both audio and video. It's fast, has a small footprint, is capable of creating playlists and plays just about any media file you can throw at it.

If you prefer a more full featured music player, they don't get much better than JetAudio. I've used their Windows application for at least the last 10 years and the Andriod version is pretty much identical. You'd be hard pressed to find an app with as many features and options as Pro. It's well worth the 4 bucks. There's a Lite version as well if you'd like to try before you buy.
