Music Player with Index Scrolling

Hey guys,

I've just made the switch from Iphone to Xperia Z3 Compact and am still scrounging for the best Android apps. One thing I'm having trouble with is finding a way to comfortably scroll through my large music collection. Manually swiping through albums from A to Z is just tedious, and quite a few music players don't even show any sort of scrollbar on the right until you swiped at least once. What I'd really like, though, is something akin to the Iphone interface where you have all the letters of the alphabet on the right and just tap W to jump to the albums starting with W, for example. Is there a music player for Android that has this sort of navigation, or something equally fast and intuitive?

Much obliged for any suggestions!

Could have been an idea that Apple have patented and nobody else dare copy it, because of the risk of multi-million dollar lawsuits by Apple.

Yeah, I was kinda surprised to find it wasn't at all common outside of Apple. It's such a simple and useful concept. Some other programs do use it, for example the phone contacts (at least on the Xperia Z3, not sure about other devices).

Give PowerAmp a go. I highly recommend it. Once you get it tqp on the hamburger bar to get to Settings then Look and Feel, then General, then Folders to get a list with album art of all the albums on your device. PowerAmp is not free though. Here's a link
