Music Player

Hi all,

I'm aware that there are a large number of posts about android music players, hopefully you can indulge one more.

I am looking for a player that has a simple interface, podcast ability and good integration with Android Auto for easy use in the car.

I currently have Poweramp but keep getting warnings that it is draining the battery.

I have downloaded but not fully checked out Double Twist and Shuttle.

If anyone has any other suggestions that would be great.

Which phone are you using and how do you connect to your automobile?
I don't have a car.

You might give WinAmp a try. I've used it for years but to be honest, I've not looked about to see how it stacks up against today's players.
