Help Music problems?

I have been having numerous issues while playing music through Pandora and the pre-loaded music player.

Pandora; When I have the speaker facing down and screen is facing up, the music instantly fades away, or it fades in and out continuously. The speaker is not blocked either.

Media player; Same thing that happens with Pandora. Also, the songs cut out and goes to the next song unexpectedly. Am I the only one with these problems?

Do you have the media motion enabled that mutes media with a hand over the screen? That's my only guess, can't say I've had that happen yet (knock on wood).
