Hey guys. I have a stock Galaxy S5 and I'm having issues with my music stopping when I can see the lock screen. So I can play my music and hear it just fine and lock my phone and it will still play. As soon as I hit my lock/unlock button the music pauses and it wont start till I either unlock it or lock it again. It happens with any music app I use including Spotify, Pandora, Sound Cloud etc. I even try pushing the play button on the lock screen but that doesn't help. It never had this problem till I either updated to the newest OS or factory reset my phone (I did both at the same time). Whats weird is I just tried doing a "reset settings" under the backup and restore menu, and then played music it worked just fine on the lock screen but only on the first try. So I did a reset again and again it worked fine for just the first try. Anyways if anyone has advice or could tell me of a lock screen app that has the option for a pattern unlock, doesn't have lag time, and has the music widget for any app that's playing, please let me know.
