Help Music transfer question (mac)

Ok so i would like to transfer music from my itunes to my nexus one. The computer i am using is my mac mini, i was wondering if there is a way to do this? Or is there a link i could go to that could teach me how?

It's a third party program. But it opens up and syncs right up with your iTunes library and recognizes your Nexus One. It also automatically converts videos to the proper format for whatever phone you have. Very nifty piece of software.

Alternatively, you can just copy the music files over after mounting the phone as a disk.
