Get PowerAMP off the market. It's by far the best as far as tweakability and overall sound!!

poweramp gets my vote too. its just the very best android music app. i've been using LOADS of apps, the only 2 which are worth looking at are playerpro and poweramp. of the two, poweramp is the overall better option.

From free apps, Mortplayer or MixZing are my favorites.
