Musician's Friend type app?

Does anybody know of an app that can play mp3s, and set loops to aid in learning tunes, transcription, etc? There's the Amazing Slowdowner app for iPhone that also bends pitch, and slows down. I'm actually looking for something much simpler. My iRiver mp3 player has had this feature for 4 years and I love it. I would really like to stop using it all together now that I am a Droid owner, but I need to be able to do this. Surely ther is a music player that can set loops, no?

I'm the creator of Practice Makes Perfect that has a Sectionizer that does exactly what you want, I think. The package is com.aocate.practicemakesperfect, but it might be faster to load the demo video linked above and use the displayed QR code.
