Must Have Applications for Galaxy Apollo / i5800

Hey guys,
Well, I am new to the Galaxy world and this is my first Android phone. I'd like to start a discussion about all the nice to have applications for the phone we love i.e. Galaxy Apollo.

To Start with I am currently using
- Facebook comes with this phone
- Twitter client Plume
- Last.fm (music Scrobbling)
- Default Gtalk
- Default Gmail
- Angry Birds (Game)

What are others nice (best) application that perform well. I know this could be subjective but lets consider those application a geek / social network guy would ever want.

! Also, I'd checkout the applications forum, because many people post some very cool apps that I never would have otherwise found

But so far my favourite apps are:
K-9 mail
Simi widget
smooth calendar widget
circle launcher widget
and my favourite right now is "tasker"
