figure it's been a while since the must have apps have been discussed so, post them here...whether they be root or not.
A few of mine
Dialer One. When Not running HTC sense...this thing is great. It's an alternate t9 dialer
Syncmypix. Also great for non sense users as it allows you to sync certain contacts to their facebook pics.
n1 Torch. (root) This is better then most flashlights.
