Hi all. I just got a refurb droid x, and now b4 I power down my current DX, is there an app to save all my info? Like all texts and ringtones and media ect??

My Backup and Titanium Backup are both good options. My Backup actually saves SMS/MMS, etc while Titanium does not. I have used TB for about 6 months with good success, but you will still have to reconfigure ringtones, etc. I just installed My Backup and have not had to use for a reinstall, but I am told it will save SMS, Ringtones, etc to where you were when you backed up your info. With TB you will have to use SMS backup to keep texts. BTW, TB needs root access to work, while My Backup does not, although it is better to have root access with both.

great, thanks for the info!! Im gonna try the my backup first, as I dont want to return a phone that was rooted and then unrooted incase they get bent out of shape or something.
