MW3 (PC) on 4G

not yet...

does no one play call of duty here on 4G

I don't, but I have played BF2 on PC over 3G...just don't understand why you would need to change Network Address Translation to play via wi-fi hotspot mode. I did not have to open any specific ports on my home router to play CoD 2 MW, nor BOps. What is different this time around?

On COD mw3 people are having issuses with the (NAT) like PS3, XBOX and PC. the (NAT) is putting the game in strict mode.
you have to cope paste your ip address to the routers website to OPEN (NAT).

You may get more information on a possible resolution if you provided more information about your setup, and what specific issues you are having (e.g. is VoIP not working, are you unable to view server list, etc).

FWIW, "NAT" is not "OPENED" to resolve IP conflicts. Typically ports are forward to a designated IP addressed, based on application requirements, or the router is placed in a passive switched mode, where it does not receive an IP address from the ISP.
