Help mx box

hello everyone have a mx android tv box after it did the update my box is not working anymore it gets stuck on mbox and it is not working I tried doing a reset and nothing any body can help please

Seems like there's quite a few of these recently, bricked, malfunctioning or dead MX boxes. Think only thing can do with them, is RMA for repair or replacement.

Can an mx box with linux installed be reflashed back to android 4.2.2?

Maybe it will very difficult. But you can download the update package on the website next time. there are some TV box websites release their update package so fast.
