MX dual core tv box -- AUDIO PROB

Hi...need some help. I have audio problems, sometimes sound right away on play, sometimes sound takes a few minutes to play, sometimes no sound at all. Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to see if there is any updates for your model?,That perhaps may fix your issues.

I did check for updates but found none. My android tv plays fine at another location but not at home(we have same tv and same internet provider), when it loads to home page...it loads then screen goes black for a second then loads again but usually with no sound. My internet provider says the internet is working fine.
