Have a nice day ! everyone !

I have two piece MX amlogic 8726 have a quanlity problem , when i connected the tv box with hdmi cable and power , the light is blue but the black screen , nothing show on !

I tried recovery etc, but nothing worked.

If it is software problem or hardware problem ?

Have you tried connecting with the RCA or a different HDMI? If you can see a picture through RCA go to the display setting, take it off auto and select the lowest value, if you can the see a picture, work through the settings until you find the highest one that works

Hello,
On my MXQ box, I have to push the power-ON button for the unit to boot up. The original lighting of the LED is a confusing indicator that the cpu has power, but NOT that it is TURNED ON.

I hope that this helps.

Seems like HW issue. Try replacing HDMI cable or try using analogue output (CVBS).
