Mx tv box problem

Hi evryone..im newbie here.I hav been using mx android tv box 4 only 2 months but i hav faced a problem..my box suddenly hang,when i restarted a few times it just show xbmc..plez anybdy can help me..thnx
 
You may need to exit the programme fully by pressing the power button bottom left, and click exit and let it exit, not just power off.

Should then have home screen when you reboot
