MX TV Box

Looking for some help! My MX box is showing 0 internal storage space and wont let me load anything on it.
When I try a reset from settings I get a blank screen and with hard reset I get the same screen.
Any idea how to resolve this?

Sounds like the internal storage partitioning is damaged or hosed. Did you try to root it or modify it or something? To resolve it, might be best to check with the manufacturer or vendor, see if they can suggest anything, like possibly re-flashing it.
