My MX2 was working fine with my BT hub3. We moved house and got upgraded to a HUB5 modem. The MX2 shows connection but doesn't show any programmes or films etc. just blank menu's. If I revert back to the BT hub3 modem everything works ok. Is there a block in the new software and has anyone else had this issue ?
