Mx3 (m82) slow wifi ethernet

I have just purchased an MX3 (M82) TV box but after running various speed test apps via Ethernet and Wifi, my connection speeds only give me about 15Mbs. Running the same tests with an older CS918 box, I can get approx 60/70MbS.
Does anyone know if these newer models have a connection problem, and if there is a way to improve my download speeds ?

I have the same problem with mine. I actually tested a few boxes with the amlogic s802 cpu and they all max at around 17Mbps. This is surely not good for streaming, especially 4k contents.
