Help mxpro tv box

hi guys having issues with my mxpro tv box its stuck on bootloop and wont go past amlogic quad core s805 logo i have searched the www. for days now and cant find a solution trust me to buy a box with no reset button any help would be appreciated

What is the brand and model on the box and what version of Android is it supposed to be running?
