Recently bought my father in law a loaded android box and was so impressed I found one for myself thinking it was far better than my firestick.
Well bought an mxq android box with a remote etc Reset it and installed Kodi and ares wizard pulse ccm all was going ok but now the remote it came with stopped working so now I cannot turn the box off and for life of me cannot work out why it stopped working and why box has no power button lol Any help greatly appreciated

Sounds like it might be faulty, and you'll have to return it for replacement or refund. Assuming it's not just the batteries in the remote.

Its strange as one minute remote was ok then reinstalled kodi and its no longer working remote lights up
