Hi can any one till me how to put the program on to my mxq pro 4k please as I wanted to dealt some stuff on it but have lost the hole running program

How to update the MXQ 4K TV box
- Download the latest MXQ Pro Firmware.
- Use a USB to USB cable, connect one end to a PC.
- Press and hold the reset button on the MXQ 4K, (use a pen or pin, the reset button is located inside the AV port)
- Connect the power and the USB to USB cable.
