mxq pro android box problem

hello all,
my first post here.

i have mxq pro 4k android box with a problem playing usb flash drives.
the music and video content loads and displays ok but when i try to open and play selected items nothing happens.

i was advised to try a reset and went into 'more settings' then 'backup and reset' then clicked on reset; the next page asked me to confirm my p i n.

i have never had a p i n.


are my google account details the same as a p i n??
