Help MXQ S805 Blue light no HDMI Output

Hello, I have recently found my MXQ S805 and plugged it in, the light turned blue but I have had no HDMI Output. It currently had no OS on it so I flashed TWRP and it will not boot from SD Cards even if the recovery mode button inside the AV Input is pressed

Someone else was reporting a similar issue with an MXQ yesterday. Could either be fault or the firmware is screwed. Of course these are rather old devices now, and are no longer supported.
