Help MXQ stream box stopped working

I have been using it for a while and it stopped working about a month ago (it won't let me stream my shows)
Sometimes it comes up "no stream available" other times it won't open past the search
Anyone able to help?

Please make sure that your MXQ is properly connected to your home Wi-Fi, as in having a strong and stable connection to your router. You can also make sure that you haven't accidentally entered the wrong authentication for logging into your network.

Run a speed test on your home network, just in case your ISP may have throttled you, or slowed your internet speeds due to high usage. Streaming services are never as efficient on slowed speeds.

If you can't get this to work, you may need to contact the manufacturer.
