MXQ tv box

When I switch on this tv box, I only get the green led on, thats all, just a black screen
Possibly a hardware problem.

Anyone has info from where I get technical soecs on this box please?

Maybe someone can delete this one.

Your box is broken and can't be fixed.
Return it for a replacement.

Its a different box with a different issue!!!!

I am refering to MXQ M10 , S812 based tv box

Switching on, the power led lights up, but no clock display
Yet, I managed to download the firmware sucessfully.
But, no hdmi or AV output, and clock still off

Is this a hardware problem?

That's possible... but my guess is that the firmware is incompatible (more likely) or the upgrade was corrupted.
