MXR locks up

I have a new MXR box tht locks up about 2 min in. Both w remote and mouse pad. Did a factory reset w same result. Pls help
Turns out its only the movie aps that lock up. Genesis(I know its gone), 1Channel and Entertainment hub is all I have. I tried an Exodus install but it keeps failing. Its an MXR 4K. Youtube seems to work fine.Now Im thinking its RKMC. Is that the same as KODI? How uninstall RKMC install KODI?

Sounds like some instability problem with it, possibly due to poor quality manufacturing. Probably not a lot else you can do other than returning it as faulty, as it's new.
