My 4th Droid ... WoW!!!

My "smartphone life" began with the OG Droid. Next I moved onto the Bionic. Then there was the Droid Razr Maxx. I've been holding out way too long, but finally pulled the trigger on the new Edge PLUS. I know it's only been a few days, but I just cannot find any fault with this device. The performance, the screen size, the display quality, the weight, the edge, ... PERFECTION!

Now is this Droid™, a trademark of Lucasfilm and/or Disney, and used exclusively for some Verizon phones, or is this 'droid, an abbreviation of Android, and sometimes used to describe any devices that use Google's OS? I don't think the S6 Edge Plus is branded as "Droid" by Verizon is it?

Leaning towards this model vs the Note 5. Not concerned about the non removable battery or the storage availability above 64. While I do like the idea of a stylus, I'm not really sure that I'd use it all that much. Yes the price is higher for the Edge, but it's very cool.............

You are totally correct ... my bad. I (albeit) wrongfully refer to ALL Android phones as "Droids". A bit of a stretch ... or perhaps I'm just a rule-bender.

I had three droids including the original. I went to apple for a while. That didn't work, I hated it. I upgraded at VZN to a S6 edge then paid the $35 return fee and got the S6 edge+. I finally love my phone again. Yipee!!!

My third Android ...love the edge plus...too bad it was defective, just got the replacement today ...kinda stole the joy of the new phone ... Still love it tho !
