my android is froze

hi my android is froze on the turn on screen it starts to load but then goes back to the laod screen again...itve tried taking the battery out and it still continues to do the same thing over and over again please help me

We need more info, what make and model phone do you have, please advise and we will guide you in the proper direction.

Remove the battery and let it be for awhile. Reinsert battery after a few hours, if problem persist contact your service provider for assistance. Good luck.
