My android phone keeps restarting

[Android Question]

I have a samsung galaxy s2(version 4.0.1). I was on YouTube when my phone restarted by itself. After that my phone kept on restarting it never gets pass the AT&T logo.(this has happen once before but I forgot how to fix it)

Try pulling the battery out for about 30 seconds or so, replace it, and try powering your phone up then.
